Craven Dunnill has an unrivalled reputation for the manufacture and supply of fine ceramic tiles, and is looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 HGV Delivery Driver to join its team. You will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently to our valued customers across the UK. This role requires a professional driver who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

The role has a Monday to Friday schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance, and is responsible for timely drop offs and excellent customer service across our delivery network; the routes that our drivers use span an area covering West Wales, Cheshire, the West Midlands and the Three Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class 2 HGV, adhering to all UK driving laws and regulations

Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition

Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or issues to your supervisor / manager

Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery documentation

Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations

Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed

Provide excellent customer service, acting as a positive representative of the company at all times

You will be required to work within warehouse picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Key Requirements:

Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) HGV driving license

A clean driving record with no major infringements

Valid Driver CPC qualification

Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable

Ability to work independently, with strong time management skills

A professional, courteous, and positive attitude

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
