Annual Salary: 31,000 with a potential bonus of up to 3600

Key Objectives and Responsibilities of Role

In addition to these functions, you may be required to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required.

Manually handle and load water bottles (up to 20kg) and related products daily. Safely operate a company vehicle (Van or Class 2 HGV depending on licence), performing basic checks and maintaining standards for weekly inspections. Manage your route effectively to maximise efficiency and meet service level KPIs. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and empties, ensuring delivery notes are signed and submitted daily. Complete any Sanitisations as instructed, adhering to WHA guidelines. Collect water cooler units from prospective customer sites on demand. Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point, acting professionally and anticipating customer needs to build loyalty. Behave responsibly, politely, and professionally at all times, acting as an ambassador for the company. Arrive at work in the correct, clean, and tidy uniform provided by the company. Read, understand, and adhere to all provided information and company policies. Alter route when necessary to accommodate urgent deliveries. Report customer address changes and any misuse of water cooler equipment.
