ltd in Darenth are currently lookingfor HGV Class 2
driver on a full time basis. We are looking for drivers who are energetic, personable, safe and compliant.As a well-established fresh produce Logistics Company, we are an independent family-owned business with over 180 dedicated employees.
From our two distributions Centre's in
Paddock Wood and Darenth
we deliver fresh produce to companies around the UK.As a Class 2 driver working for EWT Express you have an amazing opportunity to be part of our excellent team presenting our impeccable service to our customers through hard work and dedication.
The position will involve manual handling duties, and attention to detail is important as duties will require working to set procedures.
Requirements:
Must hold a current driving licence Cat C
Basic numeracy and conversational English language
Excellent communication skills
Customer focused
Good knowledge of Health & Safety
Self-motivated
Team player
Good organisational skills
Reliability and dependability
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Essential - All applicants must have Minimum 1 year on Class 2 licence and minimum 1 year driving experience
Experience driving refrigerated trailers is preferred
No more than 6 points - with no majors
Working hours and salary:
Days of work: MON-FRI, start times varies
50 hrs a week, overtime available
Salary: 14,95 - 16,95 p/h
Payment every week
Contract type: Permanent
