Job Description
:
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our local operations team. This role involves multi-drop pallet deliveries within the Grimsby and Scunthorpe areas, working within a supportive team environment.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 16:30 (Overtime there after) Alternate Saturdays Weekly opportunity for PM RDC delivery paid as 100.00 bonus (approx. 3 hours work)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver palletised goods on time and safely Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects Communicate effectively with transport office and customers Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times Scanning goods on/off vehicle, and epods
Requirements:
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence Minimum 2 years' Class 2 driving experience Over 25 years old (insurance requirement) Maximum of 6 penalty points Experience with pallet networks preferred but not essential Good knowledge of local routes
