We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all road safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service.

Duties

Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, securing loads as necessary. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after trips to ensure it is in good working condition. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points.

Skills

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards. Excellent time management skills . Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Attention to detail in maintaining records and ensuring loads are secured properly.
