where you will primarily be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of aggregates across Suffolk and surrounding areas, as well as covering duties as a

Yard Road Sweeper Operative

.

This varied role offers the opportunity to combine aggregate logistics with road sweeping operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while supporting the smooth running of our transport and yard operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a road mechanical sweeper Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure jobs completed to customer satisfaction Reporting any defects or issues to the transport manager Maintain a well-organised, clean, and tidy vehicle.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a road sweeper operative is preferred but not essential Class 1 or 2 driver from the construction or plant industries will be considered Hold a valid Class 1 or Class 2 HGV license. In date CPC CSCS card would be preferred but not essential. Flexibility to work longer hours when required. You must have previous commercial driving experience and good geographical knowledge. Able to complete paperwork with 100% accuracy. Must have 12 months UK commercial driving experience. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Experience with plant equipment.
