Job Description

Coolcheck Refrigeration provide all aspects of refrigeration and air conditioning services to a wide range of clients. We undertake design, service, maintenance and installation works on behalf of clients and other contractors.

We are currently looking for experienced class 2 driver to work as part of a 2 man team around the UK. Digital Tachograph Card and Full CPC hours are essential. A level of physical fitness is also necessary due to manual handling and lifting requirements. Drivers will be expected to be flexible with hours with early starts and occasional overnight ( hotel provided )

Must hold:

C2 driving licence Digital tacho card Full C.P.C drivers card

Required

:

Must be flexible with working hours as working in the service trade Must be reasonably fit / strong and able to move large refrigeration units Must have own transport to and from base at Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate

Duties to include:

Working as a two man team delivering refrigeration units around the UK Vehicle daily checks Loading / unloading / positioning units into shops Occasional paid over nights (hotels, not cab) Occasional 7.5 tonne work

Desirable qualities:

Experience using all lift and shift equipment - training will be given if not Any assembly experience Punctual and enthusiastic. Uses own initiative. A desire to learn the necessary skills. Good health and safety awareness.
