Class 2 Driver
Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver, who is highly motivated and flexible, reporting to our head office in Wednesbury. The Driver will deliver to our customers in a safe and professional manner. The driver will also be required to collect raw materials from various locations across the UK.
The job:
Ongoing work
Average 10-12 hours per shift
Monday to Friday working pattern
Basic Requirements:
Valid HGV C+E License held for minimum 6 months
Current and Valid CPC and DIGI TACHO
No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
Good level of English language
Must be willing to work the occasional nights away from home
Good knowledge of the UK road network
Hardworking
Good Timekeeping
Reliable
Previous experience in a similar role and working with steel would be advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
