Job Title: Class 2 Driver / Yard Operative (Turf & Landscape Supply)

Paisley

Working Hours:

7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, seasonal Saturday mornings.

We are a leading Turf and Landscape Supply Company, dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver / Yard Operative to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Class 2 Driver / Yard Operative who is also a certified HIAB / Loader Crane Operator. Additional Moffett Mounty experience would be advantageous. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the safe and timely delivery of turf and landscape supplies to our customers. Yard duties would also be required to be undertaken when necessary / out of season.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Loading and unloading materials using the HIAB / Loader Crane Operator. Safely transporting products to various locations within the allocated routes. Ensuring all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition. Communicating effectively with customers and team members. Performing routine vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly. Safely load and unload vehicles Operate various plant machinery to bag products on site Fulfil customer orders and prepare them for collection Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Class 2 Driving License

: Must have a valid Class 2 license with a clean driving record.

HIAB / Loader Crane Certification

: Must be a certified HIAB / Loader Crane operator with experience in handling and operating the equipment.

Experience

: Prior experience in a similar role within the turf and landscape supply industry is a plus.

Reliability

: Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
