Class 2 Drivers Bury
Job Description
We have a position available for our client delivering carpets across the north of England and Wales.
On a standard day you could be delivering to up to 15 customer locations.
Ideally you will have some previous HGV Class 2 experience and be comfortable with the physical nature of this position.
You will be delivering a mixture of full rolls of carpet, display samples and cut to order pieces of carpet.
Start time for this position is 06:30 and working days are Monday to Friday.
This is an ongoing role which for the right candidate can lead to permanent employment with our client.
Our client carries out a driving assessment and knowledge test on selected candidates.
Should you pass the assessments you will then receive manual handling and health & safety training.
This will then be followed by a number of days of on the job training with an experienced LGV driver.
Due to the location of this position it would be best suited to those living in the Bolton, Bury, Farnworth, Rochdale areas.
