Job Description

Due to expansion and another Grab we are in need of a new member to join our team! Main duties include delivering loose aggregates and muck- aways to and from Manchester, Cheshire and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities



Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications



Valid commercial driving licence (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Physical capability to lift heavy items as required during loading and unloading.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-21.47 per hour depending on experience.

Expected hours: 50 per week

Performance Based Bonuses also Included.
