Class 2 Grab/hook Driver
Job Description
Our company is in need of experienced, safety-conscious Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be willing to work overtime, work independently and be comfortable with heavy machinery. We're looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, who can interact well with others and who are productive.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that loads are secured safely on the truck.
Take care of their truck.
Manoeuvre in and out of driveways safely.
Obtain a clean driver's license.(Will need CPC and class 2).
Drive safely in respect of road guidelines.
Operate a vehicle with the knowledge of PTO hydraulics to work the Hiab gear.
Be able to plan routes and knowledge of the surrounding area.
Hook drivers must have experience
14.5 -15.50 ph bonus dependant 40h+ week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: 14.50-16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
