Class Instructor

Teignbridge Leisure Centres (Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Dawlish)

18- 41.50 p/h sliding scale determined by amount of class attendees

Are you a dynamic, creative instructor who loves helping people feel their best? We're growing our team at Teignbridge Leisure and we'd love to hear from experienced, enthusiastic class instructors who can inspire our members to achieve their wellbeing and lifestyle goals.

We're looking for experienced and enthusiastic class instructors to join our growing team at Teignbridge Leisure.

Our diverse programme includes water-based sessions, conditioning, aerobics, indoor cycling, and mind-body classes--and we're excited to welcome fresh ideas.

What you'll do

Plan and deliver high-quality classes that are safe, fun, and inclusive Adapt exercises to different abilities Motivate and encourage participants, creating a welcoming environment Contribute new class ideas and help shape our evolving timetable

Sessions

Primarily evenings (5:30-8:00pm). Classes are typically 60 minutes, with options for back-to-back sessions (2 hours). Daytime opportunities available.

To be successful in this role, you will

Have a formal, recognised group fitness qualification. Have previous experience in creating and developing fitness classes. Be able to motivate and encourage participants, making classes fun and engaging. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to make participants feel welcome and included.

Pay: 18.00-41.50 per hour
