Responsibilities

Operate lorries and vans safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage during transit. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the delivery process.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. Ability to drive long distances while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
