Avanti Brook is a brand-new, state-of-the-art primary school in Bishop's Stortford. Surrounded by fields and new housing estates, the school is a centre for the new community developing in the north of Bishop's Stortford. It's the first carbon neutral school in Hertfordshire."I feel like words don't do this school justice, because as soon as you walk into the school, as soon as you open the door, the only word that comes to mind is 'wow'!" Sarah Samuels, Early Years Lead.

Avanti Brook is a non-faith, community school that embraces inclusion and diversity. "I joined Avanti, because it's such a new school, that it will be shaped and grow with its children, pupils and staff, and that opportunity really excites me" - Class Teacher
