Avanti Brook is a brand-new, state-of-the-art primary school in Bishop's Stortford. Surrounded by fields and new housing estates, the school is a centre for the new community developing in the north of Bishop's Stortford. What will you do?

Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress. Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behavior, and promote student well-being. Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies. Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
