The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic

Class Teacher

to join our

Construction Department

. While you will play a key role in supporting learners within construction-based sessions, you will also deliver across traditional subject areas (such as English, Maths, or PSHE) to ensure our students receive a well-rounded education.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who may not come from a construction background but has the

confidence, adaptability, and basic knowledge

to support practical learning while engaging students in broader academic work.

What We're Looking For

A qualified teacher (or working towards QTS/other relevant teaching qualification). Confidence to teach both practical construction-linked content and core subject areas. A flexible, creative, and resilient approach to teaching in a

non-mainstream environment

. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage and inspire learners. Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the Academy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-36,000.00 per year
