The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic
Class Teacher
to join ourConstruction and Hair & Beauty Department
. While you will play a key role in supporting learners within vocational-based sessions, you will also deliver across traditional subject areas (such as English, Maths, or PSHE) to ensure our students receive a well-rounded education.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who may not come from a vocational background but has the
confidence, adaptability, and basic knowledge
to support practical learning while engaging students in broader academic work.What We're Looking For
A qualified teacher (or working towards QTS/other relevant teaching qualification). Confidence to teach both practical vocational-linked content and core subject areas. A flexible, creative, and resilient approach to teaching in a
non-mainstream environment
. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage and inspire learners. Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the Academy.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-36,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
