We are looking for an experienced teacher, preferably with SEND experience, who will:
be a proven effective teacher who is willing to share good practice
provide a rich, high quality, stimulating and enabling learning environment, where resources can be accessed appropriately by all pupils
ensure that each pupil has access to a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum differentiated to meet individual needs
use evidence based, effective teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils and to develop a love of learning
set exciting tasks relating to 'real life' experiences for the whole class, small groups and self-initiated, exploratory learning
be looking for a challenge
be passionate about developing learning characteristics in pupils
be able to adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
be able to maintain confidentiality
have a desire to participate in school and trust CPD opportunities
have a knowledge of Safeguarding
have the willingness to contribute to the wider school through our curriculum enrichment and extended school offer.
