Hamp Academy is seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join our team on a full-time, fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting families, strengthening relationships, and helping children thrive in their learning and development.

The Role



We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team and teach Year 4 pupils. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the development and progress of every child.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum Assess, record, and report on pupil progress Create a positive, caring classroom ethos Maintain an attractive and ordered learning environment Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies Supervise Teaching Assistants and collaborate with colleagues Promote safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils Participate in performance management and professional development
