Balfour Primary School is a vibrant and inclusive school, part of the Thrive Together School Alliance (TTSA), a small and exciting collaborative group of city-wide primary schools, a secondary school, and a specialist provision school. Located on the Surrenden Campus our extensive shared grounds include a Nature School for all children. We are a large, full and oversubscribed school, reflecting our strong reputation within the community.
The children and staff are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled teacher to join us to cover maternity leave.
About the role

As a Class Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons to all our children.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement the curriculum.
Monitor and support the progress and development of children in your class.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Engage positively with our community.
We require:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Ability to demonstrate strong classroom practice and to be a confident role model for others.
Proven experience in teaching and leadership roles.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A commitment to continuous professional development.
A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in children's lives.
Experience in Upper KS2 desirable
