You will:

be an exemplary teacher employ effective pedagogy and subject knowledge to secure high standards across the primary curriculum have a secure phonic knowledge, ideally familiar with the Little Wandle programme have high expectations of learning and behaviour believe that all children can learn and attain well; recognising their crucial role in making this possible.
