At Avanti House Primary, you will join a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to delivering a broad, engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all learners. Staff work closely together to share best practice, reflect on teaching and learning, and continuously improve outcomes for pupils.

What will you do?
Take responsibility for the progress, achievement and wellbeing of all pupils in the class, ensuring inclusive practice and high expectations for every learner.
Plan and deliver high-quality teaching that is well-structured, appropriately differentiated and informed by assessment and pupil data.
Create a safe, respectful and purposeful learning environment that promotes positive behaviour, independence and a love of learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, and wider partners to support pupils' academic and personal development.
Uphold professional standards, contribute to the wider life of the school, and actively engage in safeguarding and professional development.

Qualified to bachelor's degree level in relevant or allied subject
QTS qualified
