Job Description

The governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher to join our outstanding, hardworking, dedicated and friendly staff team from January 2026 (or sooner). The post will be in Year 3.


We are looking to appoint individuals who:




have experience of teaching within Key Stage 2 or would relish the challenge of a change

are capable of making excellent positive relationships with pupils and staff

are committed to high standards of achievement and progress

are able to deliver the curriculum in engaging and creative ways

make learning exciting, motivating and interesting

can demonstrate sound subject knowledge in English and maths

have excellent classroom management and pastoral skills

Keeping Children Safe in Education



The Federation will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
