About Us



St. Peter's is a welcoming, caring, two form entry Church of England Primary school set in the village of Henfield and we are looking to appoint an experienced Class Teacher for a Year 2 class.



We currently have 355 pupils on roll with 14 classes. St. Peter's is the only primary school in the immediate locality and draws children from Henfield and the surrounding areas. We are regarded as an important part of this vibrant village and value the close links we have with St. Peter's Church and the local community.

St. Peter's children learn through a text rich and stimulating learning environments which are tailored to meet the needs of all pupils. Our broad and balanced curriculum provides challenging learning opportunities which develop intellectual curiosity and personal skills. We value the arts and sport, and are proud to offer a wide range of extra-curricular clubs and activities.

Salary:

22,260.60 pro rata

Working Pattern:

3-days a week, Wednesday to Friday
