We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Class Teachers (Primary and Secondary) to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

The Primary Class Teacher role involves educating children in various subjects, including maths, while also addressing their individual needs through tailored teaching methods. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of future generations and supporting their emotional and social development.

Duties



Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Educate students in core subjects, ensuring a solid foundation in literacy, numeracy, and other essential skills. Utilise behaviour management techniques to create a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. Mentor and guide students, providing support for their academic and personal growth. Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support students with special educational needs or those requiring therapy. Maintain accurate records of student performance and behaviour, ensuring effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress. Foster an inclusive environment that respects diversity and promotes equality among all students.

Skills



Excellent mentoring abilities to guide students effectively through their educational journey. Proficient in maths and English instruction, capable of making the subject accessible and enjoyable for young learners. Familiarity with special education practices and strategies for supporting diverse learning needs. Knowledge of behaviour management techniques to maintain a harmonious classroom environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues alike. Must have Qualified Teacher Status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 29,000.00-43,000.00 per year
