About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new in-houseVoids team, working on Hightown`s growing number of empty properties.

You will be responsible for clearing empty properties including the inside and outside of the property as well as loft spaces of all general household waste like furniture, white goods, carpets and any other general waste.

You will be responsible for cleaning empty properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness making sure lettable standards are met.

You will need to also clear & tidy the gardens and outsides of the homes including strimming and cutting grass.

You will be responsible to remove and dispose of any items left in the home and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will look after the equipment provided to you keeping it in clean and fit working condition

To apply for this role you will need to have the following:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and cope with the demands of a physically demanding role
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders and scaffolding
  • A good general knowledge of IT, particularly Microsoft office packages
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
  • Similar experience ideal but not essential and demonstrate a can do attitude.
  • A Full UK driver`s license and access to your own transport.
