This is a

Cleaning Role

with

Godfrey Group Facilities,

across 2 housing association sites in Bangor. 22 hours per week at 12.75 per hour.

You will work 2 hours every day, usually between 9am-11am OR 2pm-4pm, cleaning a large Office space. As well as 4 hours on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, cleaning communal housing areas.

Pay is Monthly. Paid holidays will be accrued as you work.

Start Date: End of May.

You will need to have your own transport between local sites.

Duties

-

Cleaning an Office space every day.

- Cleaning a residential property 3 days a week, cleaning communal corridors, toilet, bin area, kitchen and lounge area.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals properly

Skills

- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
