8am until 4pm (but during December there will be some extra hours available.)
This role within our cleaning team is key to delivering top notch cleanliness and ensuring our adherence to BRC standards. The ideal candidate would have previous cleaning experience, very high standards and an excellent eye for detail.
This is a 4 month contract to cover our busy Christmas season.
Cleaning of the designated commercial areas and equipment along with communal areas including the office spaces (dusting, mopping, bins, vacuuming, washing, sweep, cleaning floors, walls etc)
Adherence to the cleaning schedule, cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Completion of any adhoc requests
Store cleaning materials and equipment correctly and safely, in line with COSHH requirements
Ensure that all cleaning tools are maintained to required standard.
Ensure that all cleaning products and chemicals are stored correctly.
Identification and reporting of any spillages, damages, or issues (regardless of scale & impact) in a timely manner.
Completion of documentation; regular and adhoc
Any additional activities as required by the management team.
Requirements:
Must have cleaning experience, covering offices, communal areas, toilets, showers and kitchen
Be able to work alone, be pro-active, self motivated
Logical and forward thinking.
Have a good knowledge of the cleaning industry.
Have good communication skills.
