Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Aberdeen Property Leasing. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our properties, contributing to our reputation for quality service. Your efforts will ensure that both landlords and tenants enjoy well-kept living spaces.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the property management team. Communicate effectively with tenants regarding cleaning schedules and requirements. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with tenants. Effective communication skills in English for clear interaction with team members and clients. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Full UK manual driving licence required.
