Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently. Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
