Head of Cleaning - Nobel Cafe

Hours:

(5pm - 8pm Monday to Thursday) / (5pm - 7:30pm Friday - Saturday) (no Sundays!)
Additional daytime hours available if desired, but not essential.

Pay:

13.50-15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Plus yearly bonus and a share of cafe tips.

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated

Head of Cleaning

to join our friendly team at

Nobel Cafe

in Ballymena. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping things spotless and running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll lead a small team of three cleaners and ensure that our cafe and kitchen are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene each day.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee and take part in the

daily cleaning of the kitchen

, including: Deep cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment Washing and sanitising utensils, trays, and cooking areas Emptying bins and managing waste safely Restocking cleaning supplies and ensuring all products are used correctly

Delegate cleaning tasks

to team members and check all duties are completed to a high standard Maintain cleaning schedules and follow hygiene regulations Report any maintenance or equipment issues to management
