Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations Drive company vehicles when necessary for cleaning assignments outside the main premises

Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites
