Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, desks, and equipment. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
