We are seeking a physically fit, dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, safe, and well-presented for all users, based on an active construction site cleaning Porta Cabins, so must be physically fit and able to work on their own in this type of environment.
Monday to Friday for 5.0 Hours each day (25 Hours per week) (between the hours of 9.00 & 17.00) The job will be finished around Summer 2025.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of on site Porta cabins, including offices, restrooms, canteens, and communal spaces.
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation and hygiene.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning environment is required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
Good organisational skills and the capability to manage time effectively.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
A commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace.
