Sessional Cleaner



Job type - Part Time Permanent

Salary - 10,793.72 Per Annum





Hours - 17 hrs Per week - Flexible

Location - Boston, Lincoln or Grantham

As a cleaner you will help us meet our aim to provide our service users with good quality, well maintained housing that is furnished and cleaned to a good standard.

Who are we looking for?



We are in search of a Cleaner to work in our buildings and individual units of accommodation who will be responsible for ensuring that these premises are always clean and ready to welcome residents into their new home.

You should be reliable and ready to turn your hand to a range of cleaning tasks all focused on providing and keeping accommodation cleaned to the highest standards.

You will be happy to work within our housing services as per your preferred geographical location.



Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Clean designated areas using a variety of products and machinery (cloths, detergents, vacuum cleaner, etc) to provide a clean and healthy environment.

Ensure consumables (e.g., soap, toilet paper) are provided in the appropriate places and that further stock is ordered via the local manager when necessary

Collect rubbish from the bins and take to the appropriate refuse / recycling area.

Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the designated area is available when needed.

Maintain a general awareness of the buildings, reporting any perceived defects, damage, risks or faults (e.g., faulty lights, heaters, windows, etc..) to the appropriate person.


Previous cleaning experience would be useful however training can be given.
