Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors. This role requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness. Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and fittings to maintain hygiene standards. Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any cleaning needs or concerns. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and report when replenishment is needed. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English. A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between sites. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
