Job Description
Vertex Investment Group (www.vertexinvestments.co.uk) is seeking to appoint a well organised and a fully self-motivated cleaner, to join our friendly, close-knit team.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll use your expert knowledge and excellent attention to detail to follow strict cleaning processes, making sure that you are leaving the areas you work in hygienically cleaned and safe for all tenants/visitors. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work to a high standard and deliver a safe workspace you can be proud of.
Flexibility will be key as you will be required to work across our growing portfolio covering Bristol and Bath.
Job role as follows:
- Fortnightly cleans for tenanted properties
- Weekly/daily cleans for Holiday lets
- Assisting the maintenance team
- 40hrs per week Monday to Friday
- Core daytime working hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm (Flexibility required for core hours)
- A full driving licence and vehicle are essential
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a busy active environment managing your own time and workflow. Equipment will be provided.
Employed: PAYE basis with Holiday, Pension and Benefits
We are looking for an excellent candidate and so offering an excellent package! Rate: \xc2\xa314-15 per hour based on experience (\xc2\xa329k-\xc2\xa331k)
