Complete the following tasks on a day to day basis within the areas used by both the rugby and non rugby departments, including but not limited to the changing rooms, team room, medical room, all offices, main office kitchen and Reception:
- emptying bins and litter picking
- sweeping and mopping floors, buffing when necessary
- de-lime scaling showerheads
- vacuuming carpets, shampooing when necessary
- cleaning and disinfecting toilets, replenish supplies
- dusting and wiping surfaces and fixtures
- Emptying dishwasher (main office kitchen)
Complete the tasks listed above ahead of match/event days in hospitality areas, including but not limited to, the hospitality boxes, Sir Gareth Edwards Lounge, Sky Lounge and Team Room.
Complete the following tasks on match/event days:
- cleaning and disinfecting toilets, replenish supplies
- emptying bins and litter picking
- respond to cleaning requests in a timely manner
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times and be aware of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations when using cleaning chemicals.
Complete monthly temperature checks and weekly flush through on water outlets.
Any other duties as and when requested by your Line Manager.
Personal Specification:
Previous experience is preferred.
Attention to detail: Thoroughness is essential for maintaining high cleaning standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Cleaners often work alone but may also be part of a team.
Time management: The ability to prioritize tasks and work within set timescales.
Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices: Understanding of relevant regulations and procedures.
Good communication for reporting issues and communicating with supervisors.
