We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for Club Members, visitors and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall appearance and safety of our facilities. Applicants should possess good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned spaces, including restrooms, kitchens, offices, and communal areas Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Ensure waste disposal is handled correctly and recycling protocols are followed Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities

Qualifications

Basic proficiency in English for effective communication Good organisational skills with attention to detail Customer service skills are desirable to interact politely with clients or visitors when necessary Valid driving licence is preferred for roles requiring travel between sites Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and management effectively Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
