Job Summary

Cleaners required to start the first week in October for a continuous 3 year social housing contract assisting by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. Cleaner must be able to drive own Vehicle and proof of a UTR number.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are kept clean and organised according to company standards. Manage waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.

Skills

Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team. A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that may require travel between locations.
