Job Description
Ideal Cleaning Services Limited are a family run contract cleaning company established in 1946 who have a regional office in the Leeds area. They are looking to recruit a cover cleaner to cover for any sick days and holidays on a prestigious NHS contract in the HD1 4EN area of Huddersfield.
This would be for approximately 200 days per year (however this is not a guaranteed number).
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, toilets, kitchens and communal patient areas Dust, mop, sweep and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures and fittings to ensure hygiene standards are met Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services Follow established cleaning schedules and specification to maintain consistency in service delivery
All materials and up to date equipment are provided together a uniform for you to carry out your work with support from an Area Manager based at Leeds office in Batley.
An enhanced Child/Adult workforce DBS certificate will be required, but this can be applied for following a successful interview.
Hours would be any times between Monday and Friday day time.
You will need to be flexible and experienced in cleaning to NHS standards.
Rate of pay is 12.21 per hour paid directly into your bank account.
