Job Description

At Center Parcs all our accommodation has been designed and built to the highest standards, so we need a team to uphold these standards and exceed guest expectation. Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. That's why it's the largest team on each Village.

CLEANER - CENTRAL BUILDINGS | 12.37 per hour





Within this role you will be carrying out general cleaning duties of the public and staff areas, including restaurants, toilets, shops and office spaces. You will use industrial cleaning equipment, replenish toiletries and report any defects.


HOURS OF WORK





We have the following contracts available on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.


48 hours per 4 week period

64 hours per 4 week period

80 hours per 4 week period

96 hours per 4 week period

120 hours per 4 week period



Shifts fall between 5:00am and 11:30pm and include working alternate weekends. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU





You don't need any experience in cleaning as full training will be provided and you will be surrounded by a supportive team.



If you can bring the following qualities and skills then we'd love to hear from you:


Good communication skills - confident to talk to guests and your colleagues An awareness of general standards of cleanliness and a keen eye for detail Basic technology literacy (for example, use of tablets, apps, smart phone functions

Due to the sensitive nature of this role the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) Check. This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence.
