Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in ensuring that our environments are welcoming and well-presented for all users. The job is over multiple sites. 2 in Nailsea, 4 in Clevedon.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards. Manage waste disposal effectively and responsibly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. A valid driver's licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. A proactive attitude towards work, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
