Heron View care home are looking for a Cleaner to Join their team, maintaining the services cleanliness

The Cleaner is an important part of our team, as you help provide a safe environment for our service users to live and thrive.


The hours for this role will be 6 hours per day ( 8am-2pm or 9am-3pm)

Heron View is a 35 bedded modern care home spread across 3 floors, with well looked after grounds and large communal areas for service users to enjoy.

About the role

Cleanliness is a vital pillar in the wellbeing of our service users and site. Without cleaners, some areas of this may fall short so this role is extremely important! The purpose of this role is to ensure our service is clean, hygienic, and therefore safe for everyone.

Responsibilities

Ensure all public rooms and bathrooms are checked/ cleaned daily Each residents room to be checked and cleaned at least once a week, or as directed Maintain cleaning records Complete weekly stock check of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring they are also fit for purpose
