We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and wiping down surfaces.
Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries promptly.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve a high standard of cleanliness.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
A proactive attitude with a drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
