Overview

we are looking to recruit a cleaner Friday 10am to 1pm and Saturday and Sunday 6am to 1pm. 17 hours a week. this is a permanent position

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces in accordance with health and safety standards Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling procedures are followed Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products as needed Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly Follow health and safety protocols at all times during cleaning activities Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service expectations are met

Skills

Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment Valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between sites Proficiency in English for clear communication with colleagues and clients Strong customer service skills to respond professionally to client needs or concerns Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently within a team Reliable, punctual, and organised with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
