Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a self employed basis . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various residential settings. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. If you take pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. Initially can only guarantee 10 hours work but, as the company grows there will be the opportunity for more and we would ideally like someone who can take more hours and cover for holidays. Availability on a Sunday would be beneficial, although some but not all Sundays would be required. Majority of work is on a Friday. Must be a driver and have use of a vehicle, as there will be some travel involved. On occasion when teaming up transport will be provided. Training would be teaming up with a business partner and learning customer requirements of each job. Most customers would be in the Doncaster area but we do have clients in Wakefield, Normanton, Sherburn in Elmet, Rotherham and Sheffield.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment. Follow established cleaning protocols and health and safety guidelines. Manage waste disposal effectively and ensure recycling practices are adhered to. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions diligently. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weights as required. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards. Must have a good command of the English language.
