What you'll do:

Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc.) Keep cleaning cupboards organised clean and tidy and locked at all times when you are not in them. Proactively check for any further cleaning requirements Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Defects and repairs reported to management in a timely manner Cooperate with the rest of the Sodexo Staff within cleaning and other service lines To support as required during site emergencies

What you'll bring:

Strong written and spoken communication skills, along with a smart appearance and adherence to the provided uniform, are essential. The ability to work under pressure, prioritize workloads, and maintain a high attention to detail is key to success in this role. A polite, courteous, and well-organized approach is required, along with flexibility to respond to holiday and sickness cover needs. Full understanding of site emergency procedures and maintaining diplomatic silence are critical to ensuring a safe and professional environment. A team-oriented mindset, working well with cleaning teams, supervisors, and management, is essential for effective service delivery.
