Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
